MARMONAILS: Marmonails is a moisture curing one component PU adhesive & sealant. . Marmonails exhibits the following properties: - good adhesion to painted surfaces, many metals and plastics - paintable - sag resistant - good elasticity APPLICATION AREA: Marmonails is used for elastic bonding and sealing In wide variety of industries including automotive, construction, general manufacturing and bonding and sealing to wide variety of substrates in several industries. Suitable substrate include timber, metals, metal primers and paint coatings, ceramic materials and plastics. Pretreatment: Before bonding/sealing surfaces must be dry, free of oil, dust, grease and other contaminants. Application: Marmonails can be directly applied from cartridges employing standard air or hand operated guns. For air pressure application 2 to 6 bar are necessary. Low material temperature will lead to an increase of viscosity, sometimes sagging. This can be avoided by bringing the material up to room temperature prior to application.
